National Average Salary Range: 108763.11 | 135954.83 | 163145.28 Responsibilities You will lend your expertise to organizations that spearhead significant improvements to their existing strategies and policies guiding EEO, MEO, D&I, Disability, and Accessibility. You will be intimately familiar with related executive orders and legislative requirements. You should be considered an expert in areas impacting Diversity and Inclusion and demonstrated ability to create strategies for achieving the intent of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) policies and programs in the workplace. You should be able to demonstrate developed communication skills, excellent organizational and leadership skills, the ability to work with diverse employees, as well as skills and experience in designing training programs and inclusion projects. The selected candidate should have the ability to analyze and propose organizational changes, have developed skills in assessing performance and achievements, skills in gathering and analyzing data, as well as the ability to implement innovative and effective inclusion techniques and human resources practices. Specifically: Utilize expertise to provide general consulting on and assist in the implementation of DEIA policies, guidance, and programs. Recommend and support DEIA outreach and training opportunities. Support and interpret the collection and organization of demographic data to recommend and ensure sound management practices. Provide overall expertise to support DEIA programs in ensuring employment laws related to equal opportunities in the workplace. Knowledge sharing and Learning - keep informed on current DEIA issues, proactively participating on committees/boards and educational programs, sharing knowledge across the team and with the customer. Utilize your expertise to conduct analysis, evaluation, and preparation of program briefs, reports (including issue papers), point papers, and prepare correspondence required to support customer strategic initiatives related to DEIA efforts and consistent with policy requirements and emerging trends. Draft, write, and edit executive products, including but not limited to letters, memos, reports, final administrative decisions, and briefings. Qualifications Required to adhere to all government agency guidelines as it applies to COVID vaccine Attestation/Restrictions. Active, or ability to obtain, Secret Level Security Clearance. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline relating to Diversity and Inclusion. Master’s Degree in related field or Juris Doctorate preferred, but not required. Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated DEIA experience, or equivalent expertise implementing Federal EEO programs. Department of Defense Disability or Equal Employment Opportunity experience preferred, but not required. Demonstrated expertise in strategic level consulting, preferably to include data analysis and report writing. Possess a strong client presence with project management, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to succeed in team-based or independent environments. Well-organized with the ability to handle several projects/clients simultaneously. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to create and manage client relationships and support business development. Dedicated work ethic with a commitment to exceptional client service. Teleworking Permitted?
