Working in the ESG Team in our Risk line of service you will play an important role in delivering a variety of challenging and career-advancing engagements. As part of a fast-paced and dynamic group, you will work across a diverse range of well-known clients across financial services. This will include client advisory engagements on all aspects of ESG reporting and regulation. As well as working on the delivery of client engagements, you will be involved in helping to identify and pursue business development opportunities. This will involve you creating networks across PwC, building relationships with clients, and helping to win work alongside more senior members of the team. You will also contribute to the ongoing ESG of the FS Business Risks and Controls business unit in which the team sits, delivering training sessions and sharing knowledge of emerging industry trends and PwC solutions.<p><b><b>The Essentials</b></b></p><p>We’re looking for a dynamic individual who brings a combination of ESG experience and knowledge of financial services, good commercial skills and possesses good relationship building abilities.</p><p></p><p>ESG Experience:</p><ul><li><p>An awareness of the ESG regulatory and reporting environment as it relates to financial services and a strong ability to anticipate and absorb emerging ESG trends</p></li><li><p>Experience of delivering ESG reporting and regulatory initiatives (for example TCFD, Taxonomy Regulation,  PRA SS3/19, UN Principles for Responsible Investment/Insurance) either at a financial services firm, regulator or a consultancy. </p></li><li><p>A good grounding in the value drivers within ESG, including how to conduct client-specific reporting maturity assessments and regulatory gap/impact assessments. </p></li><li><p>Exposure to delivering ESG risk, governance and reporting frameworks for banks, insurers and/or asset managers. </p></li></ul><p></p><p>Business Development:</p><ul><li><p>Good commercial acumen including a keen ability to spot opportunities, contribute to proposal development and winning new business. </p></li><li><p>Use knowledge of ESG to support development of other ESG propositions within Risk, thought leadership and digital assets to support business development and brand positioning </p></li></ul><p></p><p>Client Delivery:</p><ul><li><p>Play a key role in delivery of engagements, working alongside PwC colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality ESG advice and technical support across a range of financial services clients</p></li><li><p>Support the management of projects and help senior team members to manage the commercial aspects of engagements</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><br /><p><strong>Risk</strong> <br />We&rsquo;re a leading provider of trust in the digital world - in the eyes of our people, our clients and our stakeholders.
