<p><b>JOB SUMMARY</b></p>

<p>The Senior Accountant will report to the Accounting Supervisor and at times the Accounting Manager and will be responsible for all facets of accounting for all Nabors&
39; equity investments, the applicable consolidation eliminations, Oracle system maintenance, cash flow statements, reconciliations, intercompany balances, some financial reporting, and special projects. Must be able to work with multiple task ongoing at the same time. Communications with various departments and business units is necessary to complete month end tasks.</p>

<p><b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p>

<p>Equity Investments</p>

<ul>
<li>Account for all capital contributions and the applicable eliminations</li>
<li>Account for all intercompany asset transfers or contributions</li>
<li>Work with the legal department and tax department to properly account for the creation of new legal entities</li>
</ul>

<p>&bull; Work with the legal department and tax department to properly account for all legal structure changes</p>

<p>Financial Reporting</p>

<ul>
<li>Prepare the Condensed Consolidated Footnote to be included in the Form 10Q and Form 10K</li>
<li>Prepare the Cash Flow Statement to be included in the Form 10Q and Form 10K.</li>
<li>Various Footnotes and working with external auditors</li>
</ul>

<p>System Maintenance</p>

<ul>
<li>Create new companies, new combinations and enable accounting strings</li>
<li>Keep the various reporting hierarchies updated</li>
</ul>

<p>Intercompany Process</p>

<p>&bull; Ensure that intercompany transactions eliminate in consolidation on a monthly basis</p>

<p>Special Projects</p>

<p>&bull; Assist in various special projects on a regular basis.</p>

<p>&bull; Assist with quarterly and annual budgets including cash forecasts.</p>

<p>Other</p>

<ul>
<li>Overtime will be necessary during monthly close, quarterly and annual reporting</li>
<li>Opportunities for advancement extend beyond NCS, such as subsidiary accounting departments including domestic and international assignments.</li>
</ul>

<p><b>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS</b></p>

<p>&bull; 4+ years progressive accounting experience; public accounting experience a plus</p>

<p>&bull; Experience with equity accounting, foreign currency and Hyperion/Oracle ERP preferred</p>

<p>&bull; Accounting Degree</p>

<p>&bull; Certified Public Accountant a plus</p>

<p><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS </b></p>

<ul>
<li>1 to 3 years experience in actual software development projects</li>
<li>Familiarity with development using IDEs.</li>
<li>Cloud Experience,</li>
<li>Development in C
, C, C++, .NET 4.0, Visual Studio 2013</li>
<li>Knowledge of Various SQL databases including SqlCE, PostGres, Oracle and MySql</li>
<li>Full stack development in AngularJs, HTML5, and MVC design patterns</li>
<li>PC hardware and operating systems</li>
<li>Unit Testing &amp; Scripting experience</li>
</ul>
