Treasury Accountant

Summary:<br> <br> The Treasury Accountant is primarily responsible for cash related transactions, 3 rd party payment and VAT & WHT compliance as per local accounting standard and tax compliance requirement.<br> <br> Responsibility: <br> <ul> <li> Managing cash flow </li> <li> Review and support cash management team in the hub to clean up bank reconciliation </li> <li> Maintaining bank mandate </li> <li> Review employee's expense claim. </li> <li> Review and monitor or perform critical payment in compliance with company payment policy. </li> <li> Reviews VAT, WHT and prepare PND3, PND53 report and support tax team to smoothen</li> <li> monthly VAT and WHT submission.</li> <li> Handling day to day operation and collaborate with Procurement & Sourcing and AP finance hub to resolve 3 rd party payment issue. </li> <li> Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <br> Behavior: <br> <ul> <li> Ability to communicate and interact with Internal and External, as well as support, effective partnerships with peers and subordinates; good communication skills. </li> <li> Problem Solving: creative and innovative quality solutions and able to work independently.</li> </ul> <br> Qualification: <br> <ul> <li> Bachelor's Degree in Accounting </li> <li> Minimum 1 year of working experiences in accounting field. (Payable Accountant, General Accounting) </li> <li> Proficient in MS Excel application. </li> <li> Able to communicate in Thai and English both spoken and written </li> <li> Experience in working with financial hub will be advantage. </li> <li> Knowledge in ERP system Lawson/Oracle/SAP will be advantage. </li> <li> Knowledge in VAT/WHT compliance and reporting will be an added advantage.</li> </ul> <br> Schlumberger is an equal employment opportunity employer.
