Wood is currently recruiting for a <b>Training Coordinator </b>to work with the People & Organization team in St. John&
39;s.<br />
<br />
<b>Main Accountabilities </b></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Accountable to ensure training and certification is up to date for all Onshore and Offshore employees</li>
<li>Track and ensure training are valid and in accordance with applicable regulations</li>
<li>Maintain a database of personnel training records</li>
<li>Organize and file training records</li>
<li>Monthly/Quarterly reporting of training progress in each department/group/project</li>
<li>Schedule training and ensure attendance</li>
<li>Forecast training requirements</li>
<li>Act as a point of contact for employees and 3 rd party vendors and ensure they follow established policies</li>
<li>Report on training progress through established Key Performance Indicators (KPI)</li>
<li>Generate training reports for internal and external clients</li>
<li>Day to day support of a wide range of Human Resources activities including but not limited to onboarding, maintaining personnel files, booking medicals and completion and / or process of all necessary paperwork</li>
<li>Provide support within the HR function as needed</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Relevant degree or diploma with 2 - 5 years&
39; experience related directly to the role</li>
<li>Knowledge of training practices and principles related to offshore and onshore sites</li>
<li>Previous experience in a Training and HR environment would be preferred</li>
<li>The role is responsible for working autonomously on assigned tasks and liaising with the appropriate team members and relevant business stakeholders</li>
<li>Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) and familiarity with the use of databases</li>
<li>Collate data into a logical order and sequence and provide analysis</li>
<li>Ability to communicate across multiple stakeholders</li>
<li>Ability to deal with frequent change and work in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Ability to organize and prioritize tasks</li>
<li>Deliver in a customer focused climate</li>
<li>Maintain confidential and sensitive information</li>
</ul>
