<p>The recruiting of individuals and the coordination of the hiring process for client enquiries.</p>

<p>PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>

<p>&bull; Responsible for day-to-day resourcing, administration and general operational activities</p>

<p>&bull; Client enquiry processing and communication response with clients</p>

<p>&bull; Develop and maintain a database of candidates</p>

<p>&bull; Interview and pre-screen suitable candidates prior to submission to client</p>

<p>&bull; Verify qualifications and experience to meet client job description</p>

<p>&bull; Arrange interviews with stakeholders/client</p>

<p>&bull; Prepare and send out job offers and contracts</p>

<p>&bull; Initiate mobilization</p>

<p>&bull; Track recruitment, visas, and mobilization plans</p>

<p>&bull; Assist the operations team with mobilization logistics and tracking</p>
