Our team ensures all HR related request are met a high standard turn-around time<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b> <br><br>As a HR Specialist - MENAT Team, you will work within the People Operations Team and will be reporting to the People Operations - Team Lead. You will involves providing support to HR related request such as general policy queries and related employee life cycle actions.<br><br>As a HR Specialist - MENAT Team, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Demonstrating high proficiency in HR processes, policies and standard operating procedures and administer day-to-day HR related transactions including promotions, salary changes end of employments, one-time payments, verification of employment and employee inquiries <br></li><li>Providing customer service support <br></li><li>Escalating complex queries to appropriate owner (inside or outside of HR) <br></li><li>Monitoring team queue in the case management tool and self-assign cases as appropriate and log each query in the case management tool, resolve query/request by referring to company policies and standard operating procedures <br></li><li>Supporting Data Integrity initiatives in all HR Systems <br></li><li>Communicating and sharing processes, policies, and other relevant documentation to employees needed to resolve the query/ issue <br></li></ul><br><br> <b>Fuel your passion</b> <br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Social sciences background <br></li><li>Have 1-2 years of experience in a corporate HR support or client services role <br></li><li>Have good analytics, business, and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and offer recommendations <br></li><li>Be a customer focused with the ability to provide remote HR support via Global HR Centre <br></li><li>Have ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality <br></li><li>Have familiarity with customer service environment and ability to meet identified targets, KPIs and SLAs <br></li><li>Have working knowledge of service request management tools, MS Office, Workday, Neocase, SAP and other HR related tools <br></li><li><b> Working Day: Sunday - Thursday </b><br></li><li><b> Working Hour: 12:00pm - 9:00pm </b><br></li></ul><br><br> <b>Work in a way that works for you</b> <br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
