The ARMS Reliability Americas Training Coordinator - Services provides coordination of training events across North and South Americas. They also use their expertise in analyzing technical learning needs for the services function, supporting the design and delivery of training solutions, as well as suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.<br />
<br />
As an ARMS Reliability Americas Training Coordinator - Services, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Working integrally with associated teams to create, manage, and coordinate training delivery (North / South America) to internal and external clients and customers.</li>
<li>Working together with people from global business units to enhance training coordination and training delivery efficiency.</li>
<li>Organizing and coordinating training event(s)</li>
<li>Handling standardized training processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions.</li>
<li>Dealing directly with targeted clients to ensure training delivery.</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<li>Have a h igh school diploma / GED or similar in event management with at least 4 years of applicable experience.</li>
<li>Have excellent oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Have effective interpersonal and teamwork skills</li>
<li>Have well developed problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Be able to work independently</li>
</ul>
