<p>Well, perhaps we could be just what you are looking for and you could be the one for us! We are particularly looking for teachers with enthusiasm and commitment who have very high expectations of all their pupils.</p>

<p>This superb School & Nursery is a vibrant, two-form entry primary school located in Bromley and is part of an established Education Trust are currently on the hunt for a KS1/KS2 Class Teacher to join their team in September. There have been many positive changes made to the Academy since academisation in 2016. In January 2019 the Academy was graded ‘Good’, Ofsted recognised staff have high expectations, pupils respond well, they have strong relationships with their teachers and are aspirational for their futures.</p>

<p>We believe that every child is different and that everyone deserves the opportunity to be happy, secure, and successful. The academy is surrounded by large grounds and benefits from a spacious and attractive site with a good deal of green space which enables us to take our learning outside, including through Forest School sessions.</p>

<p>We are currently seeking to appoint an inspiring and dynamic KS1/KS2 Class Teachers (responsibility negotiable) to join our committed and enthusiastic team.</p>

<p><b>We are seeking for teachers who can:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Model and disseminate high quality teaching pedagogy and practice to secure consistently good or outstanding teaching and learning for our children</li>
<li>Have high principles and expectations of achievement and behaviour</li>
<li>Maintain a dynamic and inspiring learning environment</li>
<li>Have good interpersonal skills and able to work well as part of our staff team</li>
<li>Be committed to on-going professional development</li>
<li>Contribute to the wider life at the Academy</li>
<li>Share the Trust’s ethos of improving educational standards and the life chances of young people;</li>
<li>All applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status obtained in the UK</li>
<li>All applicants must hold a degree and have experience teaching the National Curriculum in England</li>

<p><b>Salary:</b> Outer London MPS 1-6 £29,195 - £41,136</p>
