<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior HR Administrator ( P&O Administrator) in Resourcing dept. with extensive experience in human resources in any verticle. <br><br>You would be working in one of the functions in resourcing and will be responsible for managing the service delivery and providing optimum solutions to stakeholders and process partners. <br><br>The role must ensure all information is managed in confidence and accurately, as well as in accordance with all policies, processes, and legislation. <br><br>Key Responsibilities: <br><br><ul><li> The prime responsibility of the Senior P&O Administrator is to manage daily operational tasks (customer queries, system set ups, trainings etc.) for any one of GSS functions </li><li> Work closely with stakeholders and process partners (Recruitment) to ensure customer requests are processed on a tiely manner </li><li> Collaborate with the customers to understand business needs, accountable for preparing and managing issue logs to deliver delight </li><li> Act as an SME / escalation point at functional level for all services provided to the stakeholders and business partners </li><li> Lead customer calls and track ongoing issues and provide quick resolutions / mitigations </li><li> Coach and train new joiners with a defined functional training plan and drive assessments </li><li> Support in managing additional projects such as TAR, TUPE, ABP, Trainings, CV Screening etc </li></ul><ul><li> Expected to drive process improvements and constant ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders/clients </li><li> Responsible for supporting offshore transitions and Internal audits Globally </li><li> Ownership to manage all operational trackers including accuracy, issue logs, MOM's etc. </li><li> Facilitates and participate actively in employee engagement initiatives </li></ul><br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><b> QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE </b><br><br><b> Qualifications: </b><br><ul><li> Business or HR Degree or relevant qualification is ideal, but not essential </li><li> English qualification to achieve candidates with a high degree of written/spoken English </li><li> Strong skills in Excel and Word </li></ul> <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
