<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>A Field Sales Executive / Property Client Executive, who has some experience of showing properties, is needed to join a leading provider of Property Guardianships. Expect an exciting role, attending property viewings and showing clients the services on offer.   </p>
<p>Providing peace of mind to property owners through enhanced Property Guardianship, this innovative company expertly secure and maintain vacant properties with their bespoke end-to-end solution, creating aspiring communities and offering working professionals affordable and flexible living opportunities. Due to exciting growth, they are now seeking a Field Sales Executive / Property Client Executive who has fantastic presentations skills and enjoys building relationships to join a leading team. </p>
<p>Joining as the Field Sales Executive / Property Client Executive you will tasked with flawlessly presenting properties. On a day -to-day basis you can expect to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Attend viewings and inform clients of the services on offer</li>
<li>Select potential client matches and assign the chosen guardian to the property</li>
<li>Ensure payment is set up, all documents are signed and keys are distributed</li>
<li>Keep a log of who did and didn’t attend the viewing</li>
<li>Conduct a full handover  to the customer liaison team once guardian is placed</li>
<li>Ensure all incoming enquiries are dealt with in the timescale provided</li>
</ul>
<p>In short, you will play a key role, matching the right guardians to the right properties. </p>
<p><b>To qualify…</b> You could be a Field Sales Executive / Property Client Executive/ Estate Agent / Lettings Agent / Sales Executive or similar with a CV that demonstrates: </p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in a customer facing sales role, Ideally within an Estate Agency / Letting Agency or similar</li>
<li>Superior customer service skills</li>
<li>Excellent time, planning and project management skills </li>
<li>The ability to flawlessly present and communicate in both written and verbal forms</li>
<li>You are resilient</li>
<li>The ability to work as part of a team and handle high levels of pressure</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills </li>
</ul>
<p><b>Due to the nature of the role a Full UK Driving Licence Is required. You will be on the road attending viewing 85% of the time (occasional weekends may be required in lieu of a week day off). You will have access to pool cars and will be provided with a company mobile phone. </b></p>

<p><b>This role has a target to place 50 new paying guardians per month. If you exceed this target you will get £10 per additional living space filled</b></p>
