We are One Weatherford. <br><br> Weatherford offers competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits program and provide you a challenging and enriching career path, with a healthy balance of structure and flexibility to chart your own course. <br><br><b> Responsibilities </b><br><br><ul><li> Monitor and control and input and output VAT, Withholding taxes, Stamp duties etc. </li><li> Prepare and file Corporate Income Tax return (PND50, 51), BOI report </li><li> Review Corporate Income Tax and Commercial Tax for countries under Greater Thailand </li><li> Identify and monitor taxes related to core business operations (e.g. intercompany transactions, foreign payment transactions) </li><li> Review share service monthly/quarterly/yearly tax reconciliation </li><li> Verify and review accounting transactions receivables/payables, fixed asset documents and data record to ensure accuracy and completeness. </li><li> Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including review journal entries and account reconciliations </li><li> Prepare statutory financial statements </li><li> Liaise with external auditors and tax team for compliance purpose </li><li> Proactively coordinate with Thai Revenue Department on Tax audit matters (CIT, VAT, PIT) </li><li> Assist management team on any tax related matters </li><li> Ad-hoc reports as assigned </li></ul> <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting </li><li> At least 5 years of experience working in an accounting and 3 years of managerial level </li><li> CPA is preferable (but not mandatory) </li><li> Excellent command of spoken and written English </li><li> Good teamwork and ability to work under tight deadline and pressure </li><li> Strong managerial, problem solving and communication skills </li><li> Ability to interpret accounting standards - IFRS, TFRS, US GAAP </li></ul>
