Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for an HR Co-Op Student for the Weeks of April 25th, 2022 to June 10th, 2022. During these weeks the co-op student will get visibility into what it is working as part of the HRBP team within the most ethical company around the world. The co-op student will have exposure and hold responsibilities pertaining: Getting to know the Organization, going through the on boarding experience and identifying areas of improvement. Participate in HRBP meetings pertaining different topics according to the active campaigns at the time of the internship. Participate in Implementation projects including policy creation, improvement and communication. Active Involvement in the management of our employee resource groups (ERNs) Will own responsibilities to create HR Knowledge Articles (Including our Employee Resource Groups knowledge article). Other tasks as needed. The successful candidate will: Be enrolled into the Mohawk co-op program Have ability to communicate and collaborate with others. Be proficient in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and Power Point Be passionate for the HR function, campaigns and processes. Have a strong sense of ownership and learning.
