Summary CHENEGA HEALTHCARE SERVICES, LLC Fort Irwin, CA The Licensing & Administrative Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all active Army, Army National Guard, United States Army Reserve, contractor and civilian personnel, to include foreign nationals, have a Military or Government Civilian Identification card, a valid state driver’s license, Equipment Operator’s Qualification Record (DA Form 348), and proof of Accident Avoidance Training prior to the issuance of a TMP’s driver’s license. Responsibilities Issues TMP licenses for military, contractor, and civilian (DOD) personnel as required by Army Regulation (AR) 600-55 The Army Driver and Operator Standardization Program. Maintains and monitors all TMP driver’s licenses. Monitor Department of Transportation medical examinations, sustainment training, remedial training, and road tests for all TMP operators. Orders and maintains supplies such as vehicle cleaning products and office supplies. Take minutes at daily morning meetings. Conducts and monitors all weekly safety notices and all safety issues for the Fort Irwin TMP office. Assist in Weigh Scale Operations as needed. Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent. Must be able to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) for computer access. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must present a neat appearance and pleasant attitude when dealing with customers and other employees. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
