You'll ensure our teams receive the up-to-date training needed to perform their jobs and accelerate the successful deployment of new technologies.<br><br>In this role, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Delivering existing technical classes for field and office personnel within the DCF organization -virtually or in-person</li><li>Supporting the development and delivery of new classes for the DCF organization that cover new or existing technologies and competencies.</li><li>Managing training facilities and training tools complying with company standards on HSE, IT, legal and security aspects</li><li>Engaging with others in the DCF organization to stay current on technical matters and ensure training material is up to date</li><li>Providing training to other product lines within the OFS organization to support multi-skilling initiatives</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college</li><li>Have 3+ years of experience in a similar role involving training of technical elements in a formal setting</li><li>Have an aptitude for interacting and communicating effectively with people from different professional and personal backgrounds</li><li>Recommend, set up and deploy new training ideas to increase the effectiveness of the classes and engagement of the students</li><li>Be methodical and organized to prepare, execute and complete training activities</li><li>Be a quick learner capable of adopting new technologies to enhance classroom experience.</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
