Job Overview The Customer Training team at iCIMS is currently seeking an energetic and creative thinking Learning Operations Program Manager who will be responsible for executing on learning strategies and activities in support of Customer facing Training and related tasks. We provide free and paid technical training and learning experiences to customers around the world, helping people learn, adopt, and use iCIMS Talent Cloud technologies to achieve their goals. In this newly created role, you will have three focus areas of responsibility: responsible for the accuracy, content currency, and maintenance of the learning content inventory; lead and coordinate localization projects for customer learning content; serve as the team’s conduit between release, technical and product, and cross functional teams as it relates to managing the Customer Training Release related learning solutions offered to iCIMS customers. Responsibilities Release Program Management Acts as a project manager for release delivery and is responsible for the successful rollout of customer facing release training proactively identifying system changes that will have content impacts by working closely with Product Management, Technology teams and other key iCIMS stakeholders. In partnership with Training Specialists, design and develop Customer Training solutions supporting iCIMS Release cadence. Includes conducting train-the-trainer sessions and development of Customer Adoption kits to support release training Synthesize key product functionality impacts from release cadences facilitating knowledge transfer of impacted content to instructional design team Analyze key metrics to uncover trends and root causes of issues Content Localization Focused on driving the planning and execution as it relates to translation, collects business requirements from internal customers, create project plans and drive project schedules from development commit to release. Lead coordination on localization projects with instructional designers, training specialists, training coordinator and LMS Administrator, as well as cross functional key stakeholders and partners Works with content creators and customer strategy owners to define and streamline processes and drive internationalization best practices. Manages, executes and own traditional localization program management tasks, such as working with stakeholders to define localization scope, coordinating handoffs and hand backs with language service providers, supporting deployment of localized learning assets. Capture the right metrics to influence stakeholders and measure success Content Inventory Management Manage learning content management processes and related technologies of all learning objects released to Customers Analyze current processes and business requirements, make recommendations, and lead execution of improvement as it relates to content management processes Partners with Curriculum Manager and instructional design team to determine maintenance processes and prioritize updates based on Release cadence feature launches and key business priorities Partners with Customer Training leaders, key stakeholders, and cross-functional stakeholders defining customer training absorption strategy for new iCIMS acquisitions Qualifications 5+ years of experience in program management or product development Understands how to make appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-delivery Experience showing bias for action; working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment Experience working with and inflecting key clients and stakeholders Knowledge of Adult Learning principles. Previous Training, Technical Writing and/or Instructional design experience is required Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across large organizations and multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to summarize and translate complex technical content into plain language summaries and effectively communicate with external and internal audiences. First-rate organizational skills and attention to detail required Self-Starter: ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions provided Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently Demonstrable knowledge of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously Preferred Project Management Certification (PMP) a plus Fluency in English required; proficiency in French or Spanish a bonus/preferred iCIMS knowledge/experience preferred EEO Statement iCIMS is a place where everyone belongs. Compensation and Benefits The target total compensation for this role is $73,100 - $97,400 Your estimated compensation will be based upon your experience. iCIMS offers the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), an open vacation policy, sick days, short-term disability, long-term disability, maternity/bonding and parental leave, tuition reimbursement, flexible savings accounts, paid holidays, life and AD&D insurance.
