Job Overview The India Payroll and Benefits Manager executes the administration of iCIMS India payroll and benefit programs. The role will report to the Head of Total Rewards and with functional dotted-line reporting to HR Director, India . In this role, you'll accurately communicate payroll and benefits information to employees and processes payroll and benefit transactions for new hires, terminations and qualifying events in HR systems. You'll also evaluate, design, implement, and manage iCIMS payroll and benefit programs to ensure regulatory adherence, market competitiveness and cost effectiveness. Responsibilities Process payroll for employees in a timely manner ensuring accuracy of all payroll input and output files Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in tax exemptions, addresses, electronic payments. Overseas time/leave management, process and correct errors Works closely with the Human Resources Department to ensure the accurate and timely processing of new hires, transfers, salary changes, leaves of absences, bonuses, promotions and terminations. Conduct regular reconciliation of payroll regarding employee deductions against various vendor invoices and employee elections. Generate and distribute required internal payroll reports on a scheduled basis (bi-monthly, quarter end), and prepare information for external audits, accounting, operations, and HR to use for analysis and audit Principal point of contact for inquiries and requests relating to payroll and helps employees with payroll related issues within SLA. Research, diagnose and assist in resolutions for internal issues and system problems Support and provide guidance to the workforce on payroll procedures, guidelines and regulations and responding to benefit related tickets. Maintain compliance of all laws related to payroll and benefits. Ensure any required forms, filings, taxes etc. are completed and submitted Maintains and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential. Evaluate, design, implement, and manage iCIMS benefit programs to ensure regulatory adherence, market competitiveness and cost effectiveness Processes benefit transactions for new hires, terminations, qualifying events Analyzes employee utilization and benefit costs Point person to handle all vendor interactions related to Payroll and Benefits Ensures that systems are correctly configured and that employees are paid correctly Qualifications 8+ years of Payroll and Benefits administration in India Experience managing vendors Excellent skills using MS Suite Effective business communication and EQ Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, changing environment that is going through high growth A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative, who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend actions Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines EEO Statement iCIMS is a place where everyone belongs.
