expectations </li><li> Supervisors & Managers should demonstrate effective safety leadership for the health and safety arrangements of all subordinates and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premises </li></ul><br><br>QUALITY <br><ul><li> Responsible for being familar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherfords Management System </li><li> Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement </li></ul><br><br>OPERATIONS <br><ul><li> Ensure compliance with the Company's D&A program for U.S., T&T and Guyana </li><li> Liaison with third party administrator (TPA), Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) on collections for drug and alcohol testing </li><li> Assists with pre-employment, post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing issues that may arise </li><li> Partner with the business to manage Drug, Alcohol, Medical, Background, and TB testing where relevant </li><li> Coordinates the random program in partnership with third party vendor based on organizational compliance (including Department of Transportation (DOT) and non-DOT compliance) </li><li> Reviews and prepares reports and audits, including quarterly and annual statistics </li><li> Manages the Fit-for-Duty, return to work/follow up testing requirements where required </li><li> Assists in coordinating post-accident/reasonable suspicion testing during business hours and after hours as needed </li><li> Manages customer drug and alcohol contract requirements and Master Service Agreements (MSAs) </li><li> Provides guidance and support for Fit-for-Duty and reasonable suspicion Training and testing </li><li> Partners with HS&E on audits and reporting needs </li><li> Partners with HR, HS&E, and Legal on day-to-day drug and alcohol matters </li><li> Reviews and audits drug and alcohol records and drug pools to ensure compliance </li><li> Works directly with employees and the Company Medical Review Officers (MRO) to maintain confidentiality and remedy questionable matters that arise </li><li> Provides updates and recommendations on best practices and company policy and process revisions </li><li> Receives unfavorable testing results and partners with HR to take the appropriate action </li><li> Manages Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) program and vets/tracks all updates </li><li> Develops programs, policies, and procedures as required </li><li> Provides training and guidance as needed to HS&E, HR, Supervisors and Employees </li><li> Partner with third party to deliver system training as needed </li><li> Managing drug pools/consortiums and associated titles within our system of record </li><li> Regularly evaluate processes, systems and vendors and make recommendations for improvements to ensure we are operating efficiently in support of our business </li><li> Participate in other projects and perform other duties as assigned </li></ul><br><br>COMMUNICATION <br><ul><li> Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external </li><li> Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate expectations, roles and responsibilities to their reports </li></ul><br><br>FINANCIAL <br><ul><li> All employees have an accountability to the organisation to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses </li><li> Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure </li></ul><br><br>PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT <br><ul><li> Employees have a responsibility for developing their own careers within to Weatherford standards at all times </li></ul> <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br>Experience & Education <br><br>REQUIRED <br><ul><li> Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience </li><li> 5+ years related work experience </li></ul><br> PREFERRED <br><ul><li> 5+ years DER Certification or experience preferred </li></ul><br> Knowledge, Skills & Abilities <br><br>REQUIRED <br><ul><li> Experience in the oil and gas industry </li><li> Knowledge of U.S. and Caribbean onshore/offshore practices </li><li> Strong attention to detail with a high level of professionalism, customer service and confidentiality </li><li> Ability to work independently and meet guidelines </li><li> Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li> Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to run reports and do analysis </li><li> Knowledge of current D&A programs, policies, procedures and best practices </li><li> Ability to handle significant volume of calls and emails and respond in a timely manner during business and non-business hours of operations </li></ul><br> PREFERRED <br><ul><li> Experience working with DISA and AWSI </li><li> Knowledge of audit management systems (NCMS, TPS Alert, etc.) </li></ul>
