<b> IRC219535 - </b><b> Administrator Accounts Receivable </b> <br><br>At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for an Administrator Accounts Receivable within Eni Benelux in the Netherlands, Rotterdam. You will be tasked with overseeing the creditworthiness of our customers and processes in order to ensure collection of account balances, maintaining a good relationship with our clients and to provide support to the Sales team in this matter. You will also play an important role in ensuring related administrative operations and that they are performed properly and according to the applicable accounting principles. <br><br><b>About </b>Eni Benelux <br><br>Eni Benelux is a 100% subsidiary of Italian energy company Eni S.p.A. Eni Benelux is responsible for the sale of a wide range of lubricants and specialties in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Ireland, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Iceland via wholesale trade and direct sales. Eni Benelux can offer direct service to the clients and we have short communication lines with all users in our operating region, making us unique in our way of maintaining the relationship with our customers. <br> <br> <b> As a member of Eni Benelux you will be responsible for: </b> <br> <ul> <li> Handling of bank payments, receipts and settlements. </li> <li> Working in close collaboration with the relevant Sales representative(s) in order to maintain a good commercial relationship with existing customers but respecting agreements on payment terms and internal guidelines on customer creditworthiness. </li> </ul> <br><br><b> Activities </b> <br> <ul> <li> You keep a good relation with affiliated and 3 rd party debtors. </li> <li> You monitor and control customer master data. </li> <li> You assist the Manager FCA and/or Coordinator FCA in financial, accounting, accounts receivable and credit control related matters. </li> <li> You perform the day-to-day processing of customer invoicing. </li> <li> Process and register customer dunning letters and reminders. </li> <li> You perform credit checks on new customers and on a periodic basis for new customers </li> <li> You monitor on a daily basis credit worthiness of customers using credit data provided by third parties. </li> <li> You provide assistance to internal and external auditors. </li> <li> You follow up of open sales orders during the monthly closing. </li> <li> Ensure that intercompany balances are reconciled </li> <li> You are a back-up for other activities within the FCA department if required. </li> </ul> <br> <b> This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements: </b> <br> <ul> <li> Completed Accounting degree at MBO (Dutch system) or higher </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Previous working experience </li> <li> Good communication skills </li> <li> Teamwork skills </li> <li> Sound knowledge of all MS-Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) </li> <li> Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP or similar) would be an advantage </li> <li> Language skills: Dutch mother-tongue and English at intermediate level.
