You will be an effective communicator to use a range of communication methods with staff, children and parent/carers to enable successful and positive learning outcomes from children in their first stages of their lifelong learning.</p><p>You will be passionate about teaching and learning with an interest in helping and supporting children and staff as well as looking to pursue a career within teaching. It is not imperative that your experience has come from within schools, but the school will expect to see some history of working with children. The most important criteria they will be looking for is that you have a positive attitude that can a vibrant impact on both children and staff.</p><p>The Role</p><p>This Waltham Forest, London based primary school provides a topic based approach to teaching which means that they can have many rich and varied opportunities for writing which helps pupils in their understanding of topic material.
