<p><strong>Who we are looking for?</strong></p>
<p>Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment delivering great customer service? Are you able to work to deadlines whilst ensuring accurate data?</p>
<p>We are looking for passionate Admissions Co-ordinators, internally known as Admissions Associates to join our busy Admissions team here at Ambition Institute.</p>
<p>Your focus will be communicating programme content, helping us to achieve our recruitment targets as well as providing a seamless registration and onboarding process. You will be the first point of call for various stakeholders and a friendly and knowledgeable approach is really beneficial to the growth of our organisation.</p>
<p>Working in a hybrid way, you’ll be attached to either our Birmingham, London or Manchester office and will report to a Senior Associate. In line with our current ways of working, you’ll be expected to be in the office at least 1 day a month, in addition to team days and this may be reviewed by Ambition.</p>
<p>Some tasks you can expect to undertake in addition to delivering great customer service are reporting and maintaining our Salesforce database.</p>
<p>The admissions team is responsible for the ‘B2C’ sales of the organisation through supporting the applicants from their first point of enquiry, to submitting their application and joining our Early Career Teacher (ECT), National Professional Qualification (NPQ) and traded programmes. These programmes have reached over 25,000 teachers and leaders this year. </p>
