These activities contribute to, maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.<br><br>As a Trainer Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Delivering product, system, and process trainings and providing ongoing support to ensure the standard and quality of field service execution.</li><li>Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities, and giving explanations on technical issues.</li><li>Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning.</li><li>Handling targeted clients. Working on predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.</li><li>Contributing to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team.</li><li>Providing improvements in products, processes, and procedures.</li><li>Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).</li><li>Knowledge of rotating machinery operation and monitoring systems.</li><li>Knowledge or experience with AT LEAST one or more of the following: Systems and Instrumentation, mechanical vibration, rotating machinery vibration and/or diagnostics, rotor-dynamic analysis, PdM data acquisition/evaluation, machinery balancing and alignment.</li><li>Have mechanical trouble shooting skills.
