You will lead and the Product Lines Billing and collection team in daily activities and complex projects with regional impact. You will be responsible for improving the cash flow of the company by reducing Accounts Receivables. You will be innovative and positive when driving change, bringing people on board, and balancing operational and financial priorities.<br />
<br />
As a Billing and Collections Supervisor, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Improving the cash flow of the company by reducing Account Receivables</li>
<li>Developing and implementing billing strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely billing</li>
<li>Managing the escalation process, evaluating &amp; redesigning the most effective elements, to succeed in the market relative to customer behaviour patterns</li>
<li>Driving collection target management, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of the accounts receivable in dispute or customers with cash flow issues</li>
<li>Providing coaching and mentorship to the billing and collections teams to further their personal development and the success of their responsibilities</li>
<li>Ensuring all information is accurate, customer requirements are met, and loaded timely into SAP for invoicing when the work is complete</li>
<li>Supporting the commercial teams with analysis and review of Customer Terms on Payments and Billing Process</li>
<li>Preparing and reviewing billing and collection forecast, drive the action to identify risks and create the mitigation plans with Sales and operations teams to ensure the billing and collection target are met</li>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Have 4+ years of experience in Commercial, Operations Support, Operations Finance, or Billing &amp; Collections.</li>
<li>Have 2+ years of experience managing people and teams effectively in a dynamic environment</li>
<li>Have an expert-level experience with SAP</li>
<li>Have experience handling a large volume (high volume/low value) of transactions</li>
<li>Have the ability to effectively supervise employees in remote locations</li>
</ul>
