Working closely with TRS and engineering teams ensuring we are working collaboratively, ensuring compliance with all product and customer required technical and regulatory standards.<br><br>As a Senior Technical Regulations and Standards Quality Leader, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Monitoring and evaluating API regulations to identify impact on the OFE business including creating detailed technical specifications, gap analysis and management of change documentation to be used throughout OFE.</li><li>Ensuring future OFE business opportunities are in compliance with key API requirements.</li><li>Setting up and leading / supporting the Product Line TRS standards councils.</li><li>Developing & overseeing a comprehensive and technically based product standard audit program that dovetails with our current internal audit program.</li><li>Overseeing the development of internal technical specifications that will apply across the business and product lines by working with subject matter experts in those various businesses.</li><li>Playing a leading role in assessment of NPI programs or complex systems solutions on customer projects to ensure we will be compliant with relevant API regulations.</li><li>Partnering with the wider OFE organisation to support technical standards challenges we can encounter from Customers / Certification Bodies.</li><li>Attending API technical committee sessions as a representative of OFE as required.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a bachelors' degree in a quality or engineering discipline.</li><li>Have significant experience in a similar role.</li><li>Have proven knowledge of current relevant industry standards and codes for area of work which can include Energy, Offshore, O&G or similar fields.</li><li>Have demonstrable technical knowledge of API / ASTM / ASME / NORSOK etc.</li><li>Be a certified Lead Auditor.</li><li>Have API Q1 (9th Edition) and API Q2 (2nd Edition) Training.</li><li>Be able to fluently speak and write in English.</li><li>Show experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment.</li></ul><br><br><b>We will consider candidates within Europe, APAC and LATAM</b><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
