39;s most complex and innovative projects. Our Industrial &amp; Power team is seeking a Project <b>Quality Lead</b> with proven experience managing site based quality initiatives for a project in <b>Centertown, Kentucky</b><br />
<br />
Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.<br />
<br />
The position will oversee the management of deployed quality resources across the project. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with project leadership team, Quality Manager- P&amp;I and other relevant stakeholders to deliver results in the areas of management system deployment, assurance, and continuous improvement.<br />
<br />
<b>Leadership </b></p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Management of all aspects of quality across the project including the supervision of assigned quality resources</li>
<li>Promote Quality across the project including the effective communication and engagement of what quality means and how it adds value.</li>
<li>Provide functional support to quality team ensuring they are aware of their roles, responsibilities and deliverables. Ensure they are competent and provided with mentoring where required.</li>
<li>Effective quality planning to ensure the project is resourced and defined quality deliverables are produced in line with agreed timeframes.</li>
<li>Ensuring direct reports are assessed as being competent for their allocated roles and coaches, mentors and supports the ongoing development of these resources</li>
<li>Undertake activities in support of OAQ objectives, as cascaded from BU, and to further cascade to regional projects</li>
</ul>

<li>Promotion and of risk based planning of project assurance schedules</li>
<li>Timely provision of data, key risks, trends and themes to Quality Manager- P&amp;I on a monthly basis.</li>
<li>Responsible for promotion and embedment of Customer Satisfaction system and feedback processes</li>
<li>Input of Quality Data into monthly PMR</li>
</ul>

<li>Ensure the project level assurance program is deployed in line with key project deliverables, including the resourcing of competent personnel to deliver</li>
<li>Identification and management of improvement plans to reduce/ eliminate risk identified during assurance activities</li>

39;s Audit management and action tracking system, is effectively deployed across the project</li>
<li>Ensure that suitable and sufficient investigation and Root Cause Analysis is applied where applicable</li>

<li>Escalates project Quality issues to Quality Manager- P&amp;I for resolution and intervention.</li>
<li>Supports the drive for standardization of BMS content across the business, maximizing the use of global and business essential consistency processes where applicable</li>

<b>Skills / Qualifications </b><br />

<b>Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications: </b></p>

<li>Degree/diploma or local equivalent in Quality management, project management or related discipline (essential)</li>
<li>Chartered Quality Professional (preferred)</li>
<li>Lead Auditor qualification by recognized industry body (essential)</li>
<li>Proficient in recognized root cause analysis techniques (preferred)</li>
<li>Proficient in the use of continuous improvement tools and techniques</li>
<li>Membership of CQI/ASQ Quality organizations, Project Management Institute or equivalent (desirable).</li>
<li>10+ years relevant experience (preferably in associated industry)</li>
<li>Comprehensive understanding in industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 19011 and associated Wood Standards)</li>
</ul>
