As Intern Mobility Center Consultant your responsibilities are: Manage the International Mobility packages and contacts: Prepare International Mobility contracts & conditions in compliance with labor law and group policies Define the International Compensation package including salary and benefits aligned with company policies, prepare and update the package calculation and ensure accurate implementation Calculate Total cost projection calculation and & follow up on chargeback Manage the operational implementation of the International mobility: Ensure accurate payroll implementation of the package and any salary updates Provide required regular reportings (tax, reward campaigns, etc) Coordinate between assignee & the vendors for the logistics implementation of the international assignment to or from Europe & France regions (immigration/moving/relocation/social coverage registration/tax) Register expatriates and their family to medical insurance and cancel registration when the expatriate is back Report, follow-up and control expatriation and impatriation costs, reimburse expense claims Follow-up the expatriates’ holidays and report to payroll (including sending reminders and keeping on control over the progress) Ensure invoice follow up and payment (excluding Purchasing order & Pieces vertes), make sure payment is made…) Regular & proactive update of steps/deadlines: assignee, Manager, HRBP & other stakeholders IM consulting activities: Ensure social security & pension coverage assessment and implementation in coordination with countries Be the first level of assessment on tax & social issues in coordination with the team Leader and tax expert Active advisory to HR, managers and employees on International mobility policies impacts Act as a strong leader & referral on all international related topics (international compensation, immigration, moving, relocation & social registration topics) Actively Participate in various team projects involving the GIMC We are looking for a strong and expert professional with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Finance, Tax, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field) The person to join will bring the following expertise & skills: 2-4 years of relevant global mobility and expatriate management experience required Previous tax experience strongly preferred Previous experience in international human resources and/or international payroll issues strongly preferred ; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills: Strong communication skills, effective in a cross cultural environment to foster collaboration. Strong client service and people management and communication skills Be flexible and comfortable in a dynamic international environment. Ability to organize and analyze data, including presentation materials and communication pieces Effective oral & written communication (English, Spanish preferred) Solid base knowledge of compensation, benefits, international payroll, mobility and service models Result-oriented, rigorous, passionate and responsive. Solid base knowledge of immigration compliance Solid base knowledge of tax compliance Strong financial acumen and analytical skills Solid research and problem-solving skills Experience in vendor management Results-oriented, pragmatic ability to make the complex understandable Experience conducting pre-departure orientation and repatriation meetings from an HR perspective.
