Human Resources Business Associate

Position Overview: Human Resources at General Mills is well-established as a strategic business partner. The Human Resources Business Associate is responsible for leading the deployment of key HR initiatives and candidates should have considerable knowledge of Human Resource principles and practices, including but not limited to Talent Management, Compensation, Data Insights and Project Management. This position would be located in Minneapolis or one of our Manufacturing facilities for 1-2 years and then would be eligible for a promotion and/or relocation (based on performance) to Minneapolis or another General Mills manufacturing location within the US. We are actively considering candidates for the following locations: Minneapolis Area (Chanhassen, Golden Valley) and the Chicago Area (Belvidere, IL). What will I do?
