Chenega Professional & Technical Services, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is looking for an Project Coordinator to provide logistical, training coordination services for the didactic and experiential learning activities within the following domains of practice; 1) public health science and practice, 2) analytics and assessment, 3) policy analysis and communication, 4) interpersonal and professional communication, and 5) foundations of leadership in support of CSELS/DSEPD. Responsibilities Plan, collect, analyze, evaluate public health policies and programs, prepare documents and reports Analyze public health policies and programs to develop responses and related program documents resulting from inquiries from Congressional offices, governmental and non-governmental agencies Track and analyze legislation; respond to congressional requests regarding programmatic activities; budget development, and progress towards performance and strategic goals Prepare updates and status reports for review and use by management, and other external public health private organizations and/or agencies Assist in the design and development of national tools and knowledge products (e.g. surveys, databases, reports) Assist with coordination and facilitation of workgroups and meetings Develop and manage project work plans, create standard operating procedures Manage program operations and assist in program evaluation. Provide SharePoint administrator support to the PMF SharePoint site Provide status updates and reports Develop written communications in response to inquiries and develop program documents and materials including program booklets, standard operating procedures. Resolve written communication inquiries to the CDC PMF mailbox within 24 hours Provide responsive and timely customer service to inquiries from fellows, supervisors, HHS, OPM, Respond to CDC HRO, CIOs, PMF staff via the CDC PMF Program mailbox. Update and maintain PMF databases to ensure program has appropriate information for each fellow Operate within onboarding, training, and conversion processes. Maintain the annual Unique Applicants Spreadsheet (UAS) that provides a listing of all fellow applicants and all positions for which the apply for the current application cycle. Maintain and update PMF Fellowship roster for all current fellows. Maintain and update the external fellows rotation roster with information regarding current fellows rotating to CDC from other agencies. Assist with logistics planning and execution for all PMF orientation, training, and graduation activities and communicate pertinent logistical information to fellows, speakers, vendors, and PMF Health Education Specialist. Assist with the creation of program documents for all PMF orientation, training, and graduation activities. Schedule and confirm CDC photographer for PMF Orientation, Graduation, and training activities. Assist with planning and execution of PMF Advisory Committee meetings. Manage the CIO host site and fellow application processes via the PMF Mailbox and PMF SharePoint site. Participate in meetings with the CDC PMF Program Lead and CDC’s Human Resources Office (HRO) team to prepare for CIO host site and fellow application processes. Assist with coordination activities for onboarding of fellows. Assist with the coordination and management of the PMF promotion and conversion process for graduating fellows. Disseminate PMF Exit surveys to all CDC fellows and non-CDC fellows at the conclusion of their fellowship or developmental assignments and develop a summary report and analysis of findings for submission to the CDC PMF Program Lead. Maintain up-to-date information for all current fellows in the in the PMF Talent Management System (TMS) and download relevant documents for all current CDC fellows to be housed on the CDC PMF SharePoint site. Create hiring official profiles and set access levels for recruitment for CIO host sites in the TMS. Assist with the entry of all CDC PMF Position Descriptions and Developmental Assignments and/or Rotational Opportunities in the TMS. Collaborate and communicate with CDC HR staff, division leaders, management officials, and other stakeholders Provide timely customer service to internal and external CDC customers Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a health-related or business field and at least six (6) years of experience in the public health / business field. MPH preferred. Interpreting data and developing strategic plans. Professional and interpersonal skills are important as this position will interact with public education, program coordination, and advocacy groups. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Excellent writing skills in order to create news releases, bulletins, reports, posters, fliers, and other documents related to HIV activities. Be comfortable using the Zoom Desktop app, Zoom Web app, and Zoom Outlook Plugin to manage Zoom account
