Operationally, the client have been, and continue to be, innovative in recognising and championing great support, whilst taking an alternative view at how support is provided. Their efforts are sector leading and recognised and observed by CQC and local authorities who provide most of the funding for care packages.<br />

Like with all Social Care providers, they are facing very challenging times ahead. In response to the changing landscape across the learning disability sector, they have developed their business strategy,  which provides a framework detailing how they run their business support activities, processes and systems across the organisation.<br />
<br />
Salary: £39,896 p/a plus car allowance<br />
Contract Type: Fixed Term - Maternity Cover (14 months)<br />
Hours: Full Time - 37.5 per week<br />
Location: Home Based - the successful candidate will need to be able to spend time in our services in Leeds, Cheshire, Lancashire and Worcestershire<br />

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be part of a broader HR team that includes other Senior HR Business Partners and HR Advice and Guidance Helpdesk Officers and with the North West Region’s Operational Leadership Team.<br />
<br />
<strong>About you</strong><br />
<br />
You will be CIPD accredited and technically proficient in terms of understanding the implications of current and future employment law. In your HR roles to date you will have gained an in-depth pragmatic understanding of the HR business partnering model.<br />
<br />
You will have experience of successfully supporting operations as a strategic business partner but are equally comfortable supporting HR transactional activity and ER caseload if this is required. You will have gained vast experience of managing HR change from inception to delivery.<br />
<br />
Whilst not essential, experience of working in the social care sector would be an advantage, however candidates who have experience of partnering across other sectors are still encouraged to apply.<br />
