Job Overview Reporting to the Director, Talent Management the HR Director, India will serve as an advisor to the Managing Director, India and all India based employees and leaders in close consultation with the Global Talent Management team and corresponding functional leaders. The HR Director, India will drive strategic Talent priorities, deliver functional and local Talent services and support across the talent lifecycle for India based employees. Responsibilities Support the talent lifecycle for India baesd employees and leadership including: Operational workforce planning Recruitment strategy and collaboration with Talent Experience on employee on-boarding Total Rewards Performance Management Process Employee Development and Career Coaching Employee Relations Provide HR functional leadership in people and organizational areas; adding value in taking a strategic and operational business decision. Assist to develop, implement and own the people strategy for India with the Global Head of Talent Management and Chief People Officer. You will actively participate in business planning and strategy development and provide people strategy plans to support business goals. Provide HR functional leadership in people and organizational areas; adding value in taking a strategic and operational business decision. Support delivery of the people strategy within the business area through the identification and development of targeted HR interventions Actively participate in business planning and strategy development for the business area and provide people strategy plans to support business goals. Ensure understanding, communication and implementation of the HR principles and process across teams while ensuring smooth HR operational delivery. Equip the organization with right capabilities and drive talent and succession planning processes relevant to the business strategy and context. Act as a change agent and coach managers on how to handle change, engage employees and build capabilities effectively. Collaborate with global, reginal and local HR teams to evolve the functions in terms of quality of talent and effective organization design. Lead HR projects/initiatives to add value to the iCIMS India team in conjunction with the Global Talent Management team’s priorities and initiatives Provide local guidance and consultation for processes such as formal performance improvement management, employer-initiated terminations, investigations in partnership with business unit HRBPs and legal counsel. Serve as a liaison between employees and management to provide counsel to employees and management on employee relations matters to maintain a productive and positive work environment. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. Act as trusted advisor to India business leaders. Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a HR Business Partner/Leader in the multinational environment English fluent Broad knowledge of recruitment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles and creating recruitment strategies in India for a multi-national organization Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment Collaborative mindset Ability to facilitate discussion as well as, identify, and implement alternatives or different approaches Preferred Generalist experience with a recruitment background.
