FM Surveyor/Third Party Inspector

<b> Duties & Responsibilities </b><br><br><b>**This position is advertised for an immediate start on a temporary basis**</b><br><br>ESSENTIAL<ul> <li> Produce detailed fabric maintenance workscopes, utilising inspection reports, return to scene type applications or site surveys. </li> <li> Undertake coating / corrosion condition surveys. </li> <li> Perform scope optimisation and identification surveys </li> <li> Carry out third party coating inspections (TPI) in line with client terms of reference. </li> <li> Daily reporting of TPI efforts. </li> <li> Attend regular progress meetings with client and internally </li> </ul><br>NON-ESSENTIAL<ul> <li> The list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake tasks that may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post. </li> <li> Assist with any other duties as and when required. </li> <li> Undertake specific projects as instructed by management </li> </ul><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br>REQUIRED<ul> <li> Minimum NACE Level 2 or equivalent coating inspector. </li> <li> Offshore Medical </li> </ul><br>DESIRED<ul> <li> HNC/HND in Civil/Structural or Mechanical Engineering. </li> <li> Rope Access Qualification (IRATA). </li> </ul>
