At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for a Legal Specialist in support of the Head of the Gas Trading & Shipping Legal Assistance within Eni's Legal Affairs and Commercial Negotiations Department. You will be responsible for providing legal assistance to Eni's natural gas, LNG, power and emissions trading and shipping business. <br><br><b> About </b> <br> <br> Eni people working in the Legal department provide legal assistance and support to the business, as well as monitoring continuous changes in legislation. With the support of external professionals, they also provide representation and defense in court. Passion, determination and the willingness to collaborate in effective teams are crucial characteristics for those who join us in the Legal function. <br><br><b> As a member o </b><b> f the </b> <b> team of the Legal Department </b><b> you will be responsible for </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Providing legal support in drafting, negotiating and reviewing an extensive range of trading documents (e.g. structured transactions under trading framework agreements, such as EFET, ISDA etc, bespoke gas sales, LNG MSPAs, renewable gas/electricity and certificates trading documentation, VERs/carbon credits sale and purchase agreements, carbon offsets agreements, transportation contracts, services agreements, etc.); </li> <li> Advising in relation to legal matters arising within the natural gas, LNG, power and emissions trading and shipping business area; </li> <li> Providing legal assistance to various internal functions, such as Contracts, Credit, Regulatory Affairs etc., in a wide range of support matters for the natural gas, LNG, power and emissions trading and shipping business. </li> </ul> <br><br><b> This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements: </b> <br> <ul> <li> Law Degree; Admitted to the Italian Bar </li> <li> At least 3 years experience gained in international law firms and/or in house in oil & gas companies, preferably about international contracts </li> <li> Understanding of the energy trading business, knowledge of industry master agreements (e.g. EFET, ISDA, MNA, CPMA etc.) and ability to draft bespoke agreements </li> <li> Team player </li> <li> Fluency in English is required. </li> </ul> <br> <b> Location </b> <br> <br> San Donato Milanese <br><br><b> Employment contract </b> <br> <br> Permanent local contract <br><br>At Eni we look for enterprising people who want to make a positive impact in the world of energy and join us in our mission <br> <br> People are the key to the success of our business: this is why diversity and inclusion , unique skills and perspectives, and investment in continous training are considered fundamental at Eni.
