Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.<br><br><b>Shape financial planning strategy</b><br><br>The <b>Controllership Coordinator</b> will be Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Positions requiring thorough understanding, application and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.<br><br><b>As the Controllership Coordinator, you will be responsible for:</b><br><br><ul><li>Supporting the OFE SPS and SVC&OFF businesses for accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.</li><li>Supporting OFE Controllership team in the assessment of controllership matter, identifying and mitigating business and controllership risks, supporting issue resolution, engaging in ordinary and extraordinary/complex transactions to ensure controllership compliance by providing expertise and accounting guidance</li><li>Supporting the preparation of Balance Sheet Reviews for Brazil entity, ensuring explanation of variances and significant balances to deliver budgets</li><li>Providing oversight on Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements, external and internal audits across the Brazil entity to ensure compliance</li><li>Delivering projects across the shared service organization to improve the execution of processes and accounting best practices</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent degree in either Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math or Business</li><li>Experience in a Finance/Controllership role, preferably familiar with US GAAP reporting</li><li>Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have good communication skills</li><li>Be able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.<br><br><b>Working with us</b><br><br>Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
