Senior Engineer, HSE (Digital)

<b>Job Purpose</b><br><br>Monitor, track and provide reports on the real time data pertaining to ADNOC Group's critical operations using the integrated data platform and crisis support center for defining and implementing ADNOC Group wide strategies. Conduct analyses and verify/ reconcile new data receipts and process technical data for the assigned area (Upstream/ Midstream / Refinery Operations/ Petrochemical Operations, HSE Crisis Centre) in accordance with established data management systems and technological standards.<br><br><b>Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)</b><br><br>&bull; Lead the high-level analyses and verification of the new data receipts and processing of technical data requests received from the ADNOC Directorates and Group Companies.<br> &bull; Lead analyses of data classification activities in accordance with existing data management procedures and provide inputs for any enhancements. Coordinate data flow across ADNOC group of companies and maintains KPIs to ensure timely data delivery to the Panorama Unit.<br> &bull; Verify the accuracy of HSE performance measures across the value chain, through periodic and in-depth daily analysis of data and identify deficiencies in reporting.<br> &bull; Review the data receipt, highlights abnormalities and suggest corrective actions for the resolution of the Reported Abnormalities to the management<br> &bull; Ensure timely review and preparation of daily performance summaries, management reports and other ad-hoc reports as requested by the management.<br> &bull; Participate in the identification of possible solutions in operational problem areas, check process parameters and advise on correction of any deviation.<br> &bull; Provide verified and reconciled data to support the Integrated Production Planning & Data Analytics functions for predictive analysis and recommendations to problems identified.<br> &bull; Ensure maintenance of data quality through constant review of data input, identify and analyse variances and provide recommendations for the resolution.<br> &bull; Direct & lead recommendations for developing Data Management System / Services to meet technological developments, and ensures safety, security and confidentiality of data stored at the Panorama Center.<br> &bull; Develop and present proposals and findings from complex analysis and modelling in a clear manner backed by data and couples with actionable conclusions.<br> &bull; Lead the recommendation of new data exploitation by identifying analytical gaps and suitable solutions.<br> &bull; Lead the high-level analyses and verification of relevant HSE GIS data from the ADNOC Directorates and Group Companies, and provide recommendations for the resolution of data gap.<br> &bull; Provide advice, guidance and coordination support in areas of HSE related GIS and Remote Sensing solutions<br> &bull;
