With expertise in more than 120 countries, we collaborate to create technology that unlocks access to energy for the benefit of all.<br> <br> <b>Qualifications and Requirements</b><br> <ul> <li> Bachelors in Accounting</li> <li> 1-3+ years' experience in Finance Roles</li> <li> Functional solution design</li> <li> Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li> <li> Process Improvement Mindset</li> <li> Requirement gathering & analysis</li> <li> Issue resolution</li> <li> Basic Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum)</li> </ul> <br> <b>Key responsibilities</b><br> <ul> <li> To work with stakeholders, analyze process and identify areas of improvement that drives efficiency</li> <li> To define the as is process, work on streamlining them by eliminating waste</li> <li> To propose policies, procedures that helps in fixing the upstream processes</li> <li> To provide objective and transparent analysis of digital data, using proven methodologies to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for investment in order to achieve Organization's Strategic aims.</li> <li> Analyze the cost vs business impact when it comes to technology/features</li> <li> To have an basic understanding of Analytics and other digital analysis tools, and the ability to build basic digital solutions</li> <li> Work closely with thte Product Owners to ensure the delivery of a quality product in a timely manner</li> </ul> <br> <b>Other skills and abilities</b><br> <ul> <li> Self-driven, proactive, systematically thinking</li> <li> Ablility to think logically and analyse processes</li> <li> Ability to work in a changing environment</li> <li> Attention to detail</li> <li> Excellent oral and written communication skills</li> <li> High flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements</li> </ul> <br> Schlumberger is an equal employment opportunity employer.
