You will supposed the development, management and execution of both short and long-term business plans.<br><br>In this role, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Supporting financial planning, including developing estimates, operating plans/forcasts/reviews, Accounts Payable, and operating plans for the DCF supply chain and materials organization.</li><li>Driving supply chain finance operating rhythms to ensure appropriate visibility to the leadership team.</li><li>Preparing and leading monthly and quarterly reporting on manufacturing performance, inventory, inflation/deflation, CAPEX, etc...</li><li>Identifying, implementing, and monitoring initiatives to improve manufacturing financial performance.</li><li>Partnering with the accounting organization to prepare or oversee manufacturing accounting processes and maintaining guidelines and policy framework ensuring accurate accounting.</li><li>Acting as business partner for supply chain and materials leaders.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or a relevant focus.</li><li>Have 8+ years of experience in Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Supply Chain and/or Consulting.</li><li>Be a Promoter of culture of collaboration and teamwork across regions, functions, geographies, external parties</li><li>Have Dynamic oral and written communication skills</li><li>Have a demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
