TAX MANAGER

<b> IRC218947 - </b><b> TAX MANAGER </b> <br> <br> At Eni, we are looking for a <b> Tax Manager </b> at <b> Eni Mexico </b> in <b>Mexico City</b> <b> . </b> You will be responsible for supervising assuring tax legislation, mitigate tax risks, provide tax advice and to ensure high quality in tax accounting and reporting. <br><br><b> As a member of Finance Department at Eni Mexico you will be responsible for: </b> <br> <ul> <li> Providing technical expertise and advice on complex tax issues to functional or operational areas </li> <li> Performing tax research, including potential modeling of proposed legislation and other matters impacting the company </li> <li> Monitoring and analyzing changes in country tax laws, regulations and case law in order to recommend and secure that appropriate and timely actions are taken </li> <li> Assisting in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions. </li> <li> Coordinating external and internal tax Audits and resolving audit findings </li> <li> Monitoring and analyzing changes in country tax laws, regulations and case law in order to recommend and secure that appropriate and timely actions are taken </li> <li> Any other required ad-hoc duties </li> <li> Supporting all the additional requirements from the Mexican authorities </li> </ul> <br><br><b> This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Knowledge of English </li> <li> Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent </li> <li> Additional specialization in tax preferred </li> <li> Certified Public Accountant license </li> <li> Experience / Exposure with Transfer pricing, VAT and Corporate taxes </li> <li> Previous experience with Oracle Financials. </li> <li> Knowledge of the Mexican gap and IFRS rules. </li> <li> Knowledge of the Mexican tax regulations (SHCP, SAT, FMP, CNH, among others). </li> <li> MS Office, specifically advanced Excel skills. </li> <li> Previous tax experience, preferable in oil & gas industry. </li> </ul> <br><br><b> Location: </b> <br> <br> <b> Mexico City </b> <br> <br> <b> Contract type: </b> <br> <br> <b> 24 months, 5 days on 2 days off </b> <br><br>At Eni,<b> people are the key to our success</b>, which is why our values are focused on<b> diversity, and lifelong learning</b>. <br> <br> Eni evaluates applications regardless of candidates' personal and cultural characteristics or orientations.
