Our Global Finance Organization team of about 600 finance professionals located in Malaysia and Hungary, provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.<br />
<br />
As the team continue to evolve and grow, the development of our talents through solid finance learning content and robust development initiatives are key in retaining, up skilling and growing future Finance leaders in Baker Hughes.<br />
<br />
<b>As Learning &amp; Development Leader</b>, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Developing finance relevant training content through internal and external collaboration and partnerships</li>
<li>Leading &amp; driving the roll out of the training content across the Global Finance Organization</li>
<li>Establishing &amp; promoting a globally active learning culture in the Global Finance Organization</li>
<li>Overseeing the utilization of the Learning and Development Center in Budapest</li>
<li>Understanding the training credits available in Budapest and establishing a plan to utilize the available training related incentives from the Hungarian government</li>
<li>Promoting and executing other training, learning &amp; talent development initiatives in Budapest (including job shadow, bootcamp, etc.)</li>
<li>Building the early talent pipeline through the following early engagement initiative:
<ul>
<li>Monitoring and reviewing the internship and ambassador program in Budapest with close collaboration with the University Recruitment team in Europe</li>
<li>Creating a pipeline for talented students into our full-time positions</li>
<li>Enabling, promoting and building university relations across Hungary</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<li>Have Bachelor&
39;s Degree from an accredited university or college</li>
<li>Have full professional proficiency in English</li>
<li>Experience in developing learning content including for Finance</li>
<li>Have 2 - 3 years of experience in leading teams and having strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Abel to convince others</li>
<li>Own effective problem identification &amp; solution skills.</li>
<li>Abel to coordinate and execute various training initiatives in the Global Finance Organization</li>
