<p>Main Responsibilities<br />
Mainly focus on the industry project: Pharmaceutical , Food and Beverage , Chemical and/or fine Chemical</p>

<p>Can develop the Architect deliverables in CD and BD phase by itself, include but not limited<br />
User Requirement Specification<br />
Block Allocation Option<br />
Floor plan and Layout<br />
Section and elevation<br />
Rendering picture ( nice to have )<br />
Surface finishing schedule and door/window schedule<br />
Architect description<br />
Date sheet or room specification<br />
BOQ<br />
3D modelling<br />
Detail drawing to develop or review</p>

<p>Coordination and/or Management of LDI<br />
Procurement support<br />
Develop the scope of work<br />
Technical bidding Evaluation and report<br />
Review the deliverables which submitted from LDI and check the GB code and URS compliance<br />
Site construction work Support as needed<br />
LEED design consultant</p>

<p>You are required:<br />
At least 8 years working experience, more than 10 years is much better.<br />
Can work independently if need and should have the team work spirit<br />
Familiar with the office software and Auto CAD series software , for example AutoCAD Architect vesion , Revit or Naviswork and so on<br />
Familiar with the GMP and cGMP knowledge and general engineering practice<br />
Familiar with not only Chinese regulation/GB code , but also international regulation<br />
Better have a leadership capability<br />
Fluent English communication skill with foreign client<br />
Will travel as need , but not frequently</p>
