The Global Process Owner (GPO) will be responsible for leveraging deep HR expertise to represent, consult, and refine core HR operations in support of HR strategies that impact the enterprise. This role plays an essential part in defining, monitoring and transforming global end-to-end HR processes for Baker Hughes while ensuring controls / risks are not compromised.<br />
<br />
As a Global Process Owner, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Developing End-to-End Processes and Process Improvement Roadmaps</li>
<li>Defining and communicating a clear vision and strategy for end to end processes across the operating model</li>
<li>Developing and translating strategy into overall process key deliverables, operational goals, objectives, and process roadmaps</li>
<li>Leading projects to the execute on the global strategy for an end to end process including associated policies and technologies</li>
<li>Staying abreast of process trends and leading practices occurring in the marketplace to inform strategic direction and process enhancement</li>
<li>Reinforcing and demonstrating the value the company derives from greater focus, governance, and commitment around global applications, process consistency and priorities</li>
<li>Monitoring Process Performance and Identifying Opportunities</li>
<li>Driving KPI and SLA baseline and metrics</li>
</ul>

<li>Have a Bachelor&
39;s degree from an accredited university or college</li>
<li>Have experience implementing a process improvement methodology grounded in data analytics (Lean, Kaizen, etc.)</li>
<li>Have significant experience in Human Resources and/or shared services operations, as well as a thorough understanding and subject matter expertise of HTR end-to-end process management and associated systems</li>
</ul>
