The successful candidate will have strong document management skills, be very detail oriented, have experience in Quality and in a Quality Management System, and proven skills in moving and loading documents in systems. <br><br>Duties & Responsibilities: <br><br>SAFETY & COMPLIANCE: <br><ul><li> Follows all safety and compliance procedures; maintains compliance and safety as first priorities when working across all areas of the business. </li><li> In case of concerns with safety, quality non-conformances, or integrity concerns, exercises 'Stop Work Authority' to suspend operations. </li><li> Maintains the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring that all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with company policies, relevant laws, regulations, standards and industry practices in the applicable country. </li><li> Ensure controls are in place to guarantee compliance with government regulations in relation to quality. </li></ul><br> OPERATIONAL CAPABILTY: <br><ul><li> Collaborate with Manager Quality Management System to understand QMS structure for Operations and Manufacturing. </li><li> Prepare and edit procedural documents. </li><li> Create and edit Sharepoint sites. </li><li> Ensure document control function performed per Weatherford requirements in an efficient and timely manner. </li><li> Load, move, organize documents within the Quality Management System in adherence with Weatherford requirements. </li><li> Ensure all applicable documents are reviewed and controlled prior to entry into the Quality Management System. </li><li> Archive documents where requested. </li><li> Collect feedback from global cross functional leadership on procedure changes; consolidate and provide feedback to Quality Management System Manager. </li><li> Organize and track document additions and removals from the Quality Management System. </li><li> Report status of all projects and deliverables in a timely manner to the Quality Management System Manager. </li><li> Provide feedback received on document clarity to the Quality Management System Manager with suggestions for improvement. </li><li> Monitor Techstreet usage, evaluate new regulation requests, identify closed sites; coordinate recommended changes for annual contract negotiations. </li><li> Develop and communicate improvement projects that would drive efficiencies in our data management systems and processes to the Quality Management System Manager; participate in the improvement projects. </li><li> Support training of new procedures for various sites either through travel or TEAMS. </li><li> Execute improvement projects as requested by the Quality Management System Manager. </li><li> Maintain an attitude conducive to continuous improvement and be an active contributor to the teamwork concepts. </li><li> Interact with API, ISO and customers, as requested by the Quality Management System Manager, in regards to documentation and procedural requirements and requests. </li><li> Other tasks as required. </li></ul> <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br>Required Qualifications: <br><ul><li> Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. </li><li> Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably within the Oil & Gas industry. </li><li> Minimum 5 years of Document Control experience. </li><li> Proven knowledge of ISO 9001. </li><li> Experience using a Document Control application. </li><li> Proficient in Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) administration; experience with SharePoint. </li><li> Ability to prepare clear, accurate and concise reports, charts and graphs. </li><li> Ability to prioritize work effectively to meet changing demands; ability to multi-task. </li><li> Ability to anticipate needs and work independently with minimal supervision. </li><li> Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to problem solve and to work independently on problem solving. </li><li> Display a flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to change. </li><li> Strong organization skills with attention to details; ability to maintain and organize records and reports. </li><li> Accurate and fast data entry and typing skills; ability to migrate large volumes of documents accurately. </li><li> Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite of office software applications (Adobe, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe); demonstrated experience scanning. </li><li> Fluency in English is mandatory in both reading, writing and oral communication. </li><li> Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. </li><li> Demonstrated strong writing skills; able to document audit reports and clearly write audit findings. </li><li> Strong cross functional collaboration skills. </li></ul><br>Preferred Qualifications:<br><ul><li> Bachelor's degree. </li><li> Auditor certification. </li><li> Proven Internal Auditing experience for ISO and API. </li><li> Weatherford enterprise and management systems knowledge. </li><li> API Q1 and Q2 experience. </li><li> Spanish language skills. </li></ul>
