HR Services Specialist

Based in Adelaide, the HR Services Specialist will be part of a vibrant team and responsible for providing high quality support to our employees, managers and the HR community, across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Additionally, playing a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and standardisation of HR Services delivery. A typical day would cover a range of activities including; Managing the employee lifecycle covering all events from onboarding through to offboarding Providing guidance on items such as; HR Operations, Payroll and Reward and Service queries Co-ordination and case management of employee benefit programs Drive continuous improvement and standardization of HR Services delivery Project manage introduction of global initiatives to improve employee experience About you: You are someone who gets excited by innovation and has strong digital capabilities. Your customer service skills will be exemplary, and you are a highly detail focused individual with the ability to prioritise your busy workload in a fast-paced environment. Also, you will have exceptional communication skills and be comfortable working both collaboratively and autonomously. In addition, you will have the following essential skills: Previous HR administration experience with knowledge of HR practices, policies and processes Strong working knowledge and comfort pivoting between different HR systems Experience leading and/or working on implementation of digital platforms Passionate about process improvement to prioritize employee experience An interest in reporting and intermediate data analysis expertise Strong communication skills to establish partnering relationships with the HR Community Tertiary qualifications in HR (desirable).
