Our team is responsible for the cybersecurity architecture and data protection for our global organization.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>The Staff Cyber Security Architect will support Baker Hughes Digital's enterprise, customer solutions, and industrial initiatives. As a member of the Cyber Security team, this individual will partner with the digital technology, commercial and industrial teams to develop and implement secure data protection architectures and designs.<br><br>As a <b>Staff Cyber Security Architect</b>, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Providing technical direction on all areas of data security, including strategy, architecture roadmap, policies, standards, procedures, and governance.</li><li>Leading the Architecture, design and implementation guidance for Data Security program including techniques such as data obfuscation, masking, tokenization, encryption technologies.</li><li>Providing guidance to technical teams on architectural, design, procedural best practices for data security in hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud-based such as AWS, Azure, GCP) </li><li>Developing security best practices for integrations between data producers, data lake, data consumers, API, and application integrations </li><li>Designing & architect data protection mechanisms for protecting data at rest and data in transit </li><li>Develop data security best practices for protecting corporate data in M365 cloud </li><li>Collaborate with Security, Enterprise, Application architects, Data Analytics, privacy, and legal teams to integrate data security best practices into enterprise and customer solutions </li><li>Developing and implementing data security controls to meet security compliance and regulatory needs such as PCI-DSS,GDPR, HIPAA,SOX etc. </li><li>Determining security designs, requirements based on business strategies, requirements, and security standards such as NIST 800-53, ISO 27000 series PKI standards, etc. </li><li>Ensuring data security needs for enterprise and customer use cases are documented, maintained for operations, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. </li><li>Collaborating with GRC teams to perform regular data assessments based on enterprise risk management criteria, identify areas to improve compliance and security, and optimize data security processes. </li><li>Recommending and supporting the integration of new data security enhancements into existing solutions </li><li>Being the SME for data protection/data loss prevention matters and collaborate with cyber security operations team to improve incident management processes</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's Degree with minimum 8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity architecture. Have experience designing cloud security architecture and strategies for enterprises.</li><li>Have an Expertise with building data security protection use cases and products.</li><li>Have an Experience with developing and supporting data security architecture, design governance and data protection programs.</li><li>Have an Experience with implementing data classification strategy for on-prem and cloud environments</li><li>Have a hands-On experience with cloud applications and infrastructures.</li><li>Have a hands-On experience with customer and commercial IT solutions.</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
