The Quality Management Systems Manager will develop a thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.<br><br><b>As the Quality Management Systems Manager you will be:</b><br><ul><li>Developing Business Process Management Systems (e.g. Quality Management Systems, Integrated Management Systems). <br></li><li>Optimizing the overall framework, integration and effectiveness of business processes <br></li><li>Ensuring the appropriate balance between competencies and documented procedures <br></li><li>Advising Process Owners and their teams to simplify, standardise and improve their process suite, preferably directly embedding guidance into mistake-proof processes. <br></li><li>Managing risk-based audit programmes (and quality questionnaires) to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities. <br></li><li>Managing relationships with all regulatory agencies and become Subject Matter Expert for relevant requirements (including Aerospace). <br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED) <br></li><li>Have proven experience of QMS and Auditing with an Aerospace Engineering environment <br></li><li>Be knowledgeable on EASE Part 145 and Part 21-G Regulations and ISO9000 Standards <br></li><li>Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and lead small teams <br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
