<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Fundraising Manager <br /><br />Charity People are thrilled to be working with Twinning Project in their search for a Fundraising and Income Generation Lead. This is brand new role working across four main revenue streams (High Net-Worth, Individuals, Trust &amp; Foundations, Corporate Partnerships and Mass Donations) within a young and fast-growing charity that's had a substantial amount of support and funding. <br /><br />About Twinning Project<br /><br />The Twinning projects is a growing partnership between professional football clubs and Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) with the objective of twinning every prison in England and Wales with a local professional football club.<br />Our aim is to reduce re-offending rates in England and Wales by upskilling and providing employability opportunities to those in prison and on probation. <br />Each year The Twinning Projects engage prisoners in England and Wales in football based programmes to improve their mental and physical health, wellbeing and obtain a qualification which will help improve their life chances and gain employment on release.<br /><br />Cultures &amp; Benefits<br /><br />- Small, friendly and organisation<br />- Homebased role (Anywhere in England or Wales) - Remote with some UK travel<br />- Competitive salary (£35,000 - £38,000 negotiable depending on experience especially if you have experience within the Criminal justice sector)<br />- Flexible hours available<br /><br />About the role<br /><br />This is a very exciting opportunity for someone to establish a fundraising arm of a charity and make it their own.<br /><br />In this newly created role, you will develop income from high-net worth individuals, trust and foundations, corporate partnerships and mass donations. You will identify strategic funding opportunities and develop relationships that make them possible. <br /><br />With high net-worth individuals you will identify opportunities for new funding that will have the potential to have continued support for the charity. With trusts you will write compelling applications that get to the heart of Twinning Project and all they do to support their communities. <br />With corporates you will facilitate partnerships with organisations who wish to provide financial or in-kind support to Twinning Projects initiatives. You will also identify mass donation opportunities to generate extra income and support for the charity.<br /><br />You will join a driven and hard-working team who will strive to make things possible. You will also take the lead in growing and developing all four different revenue streams and implement a successful Fundraising Strategy in collaboration with the CEO and Trustees of the charity,<br /><br />About you<br /><br />We are looking for an experienced fundraiser with a track record of securing income from a relationship based fundraising programme. Experience within the criminal justice sector would be desirable but is not beneficial.<br /><br />You will have strong networking skills, be confident at liaison with individuals at all levels (particularly high-net worth) and be able to write successful bids of at least £10,000.<br /><br />You will be pro-active, enthusiastic and personable with the ability to identify opportunities and the confidence to start conversations with prospects that result in financial and in-kind support. <br /><br />You will have excellent writing skills, and the ability to create emotionally compelling stories when presenting and/or meeting with stakeholders. <br /><br />To apply please send your CV to Charity People or for more information please call Tanya White if you wish to talk about this amazing opportunity.
