<p>We’re looking for someone with the ability to turn innovative ideas into reality. An individual with the leadership drive and ambition to take our Test capability to the next level.</p>
<p><b>Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon, however there will be an opportunity to explore and agree remote working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust.</b></p>
<p>As the IT Principal Tester, you will Lead our team of test engineers and analysts with accountability for delivering high-quality test execution activities in a timely, cost-effective and compliant manner.</p>
<p>Working closely with operations teams, project teams, and business stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control the testing work for all approved projects across functional, non-functional and User Acceptance testing activities.</p>
<p>Who we are looking for </p>
<ul>
<li>The ability to inspire others across a community of practice, engendering open feedback an continual improvement</li>
<li>An understanding of how modern test automation techniques and frameworks can be applied</li>
<li>Detailed knowledge of modern test management and ALM tooling (e.g. Jira, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, MTM etc)</li>
<li>The ability to lead and direct functional, non-functional and E2E testing activities across a portfolio and / programme of change with colleagues both within and outside of IT</li>
<li>Experience working with technical specialists and 3rd party suppliers to define, deliver and manage multiple non-production environments along with the associated test data sets</li>
<li>Excellent Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coordinate teams building a positive team climate.</li>
