<p><strong>Salary:</strong> £25,662 per annum</p>
<p><strong>Contract:</strong> Fixed Term Contract until 31^st October 2022 with the potential to go Permanent</p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> 1-2 days office based, and 3-4 days home based. </p>
<p><strong>Interview: </strong>Wednesday 30^th March 2022 </p>
<p>This is a true recruitment role that would suit someone who is client focused, highly organised, adaptable and can deal with volume recruitment. Working within the Commercial Recruitment team, a team of 6, together you will be responsible for ensuring our Food and Beverage, Retail and Holiday teams are fully staffed. </p>
<p>A “normal” day could include taking vacancy briefings, creating advert copy, advising on attraction routes, liaising with stakeholders and external suppliers, and using direct sourcing methodologies to attract the very best talent.</p>
<p>You’ll be naturally inquisitive and used to figuring out solutions. You'll be someone who gets a buzz out of going to market and finding talent that others can’t. You'll be confident in using a variety of tools and in building networks via various social media platforms and beyond.</p>
