<p>The role</p>
<p>As our Candidate Experience Executive, you will support the team in the delivery of (erm, we're not sure how else to phrase this) a truly amazing candidate experience! </p>
<p>This includes:</p>
<ul>
<li>Checking in with recent applicants to ensure our candidate pool is active (and happy!)</li>
<li>Looking after the livechat and responding to any inbound email queries.</li>
<li>Running surveys and collecting feedback on how best to improve the application process.</li>
<li>Writing and posting engaging careers content to help applicants put their best foot forward.</li>
<li>Managing and growing our social media communities.</li>
<li>Email send out to our candidates to keep them updated on new roles, events, opportunities etc</li>
<li>Being responsible for our loyalty scheme (sending out gifts and organising socials).</li>
<li>Ensuring we are doing out bit to support applicants from disadvantaged and minority background</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About you</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You're going to need amazing people skills, empathy and energy.</li>
<li>Super organised and methodical, you always follow up with people and never leave anybody hanging.</li>
<li>Excellent writing skills (if you've written articles or blogs previously that would be super cool, or if you've managed a social media page and can bring personality to your writing, we would love that too.)</li>
<li>Any previous recruitment, HR or pastoral experience would be useful but not essential.</li>
