<p>An ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School in the heart of Islington are looking to appoint a PE Teacher / PE ECT ahead of September 2022. This Secondary School are led by a phenomenal Head Teacher who has created a leading training School and has turned into a fantastic place to teach and inspire young minds.</p>
<p>They invest heavily into CPD throughout, from Teaching Assistants, Class Teachers and members of SLT. You are asked to attend weekly training sessions with both departments and members of SLT. This PE Teacher / PE ECT post is open to both experienced and newly qualified PE Teachers (ECTs). Experienced PE Teachers have the option to take on additional responsibility, from KS3 Coordinator & 2iC. Newly Qualified PE Teachers (ECTs) will be enrolled onto the school’s bespoke and tailored ECT induction.</p>

<li>PE Teacher / PE ECT – KS3,4 & 5 – KS5 is optional depending on experience</li>
<li><b><i>Newly Qualified PE Teachers welcome to apply! </i></b> <b><i>TLRs available: KS3 Coordinator & 2iC</i></b></li>
<li>Delivering engaging & informative PE lessons</li>
<li>Permanent Post – Full Time – September 2022</li>
<li>MPS1-MPS6 - £32,157 - £42,624 + TLR (Size depending on experience)</li>
<li>Located in the Borough of Islington</li>

<p><b>PERSON SPECIFICATION</b></p>
<ul>
<li>MUST have UK QTS – Or be in the process of obtaining</li>
<li>You must have a passion towards sports/coaching</li>
<li>Must be able to motivate and inspire young minds</li>
<li>You must be willing to organise and run extra-curriculum activities</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the 8 Teaching standards is required</li>
