Candidate will perform the Project Accounting function including interacting with Operations - Project Managers to ensure accurate and timely accounting processes. This individual has the option to work remotely from any US location. <br><br> <b> <br>Key Responsibilities </b> <br><ul><li> Process billing of Time and Materials, Firm Fixed Price and Cost-plus Fixed fee projects in accordance with contract requirements, within the currently established procedures, and the timelines of our Service Level Agreement. </li><li> Ensure all data entry documents received are verified and entered into the accounting system weekly based on current data entry procedures and timelines. </li><li> Review, approve and set up new projects/contracts within 24 hours. </li><li> Maintain project budgets and fees, updating per contract Modifications received. </li><li> Recognize Revenue by completing any budget changes and variance adjustments as needed, and as per
